These dual brick six suite complexes are in the western end of Lakewood on a quiet one way street. All units run the depth of the building from front to back, so you share walls with no other units. There are private detached garages available for rent in the back of the building, depending of course on current rentals. Plenty of green space surroundings the building for some space for outdoor activities or even some pet time.
These units are very spacious, and are a great combination of original character and modern flare. These are seen with the combination of original hardwood and some built in storage, with new windows, ceiling fans, and modern bathroom amenities. When you combine that with all utilities except electricity included within a fair rent price, these open rarely and lease quickly. Between Rocky River Reservation and the vast amount of gyms located within a mile and half, no shortage of exercise options. Others can be found at the Lakewood Public Library that is just about a mile away. Finding a place to stretch your legs after all that reading is a breeze with the YMCA, Anytime Fitness, Crossfit and other gyms so close by. Or do you can exercise the free method by using one of the three city parks (Madison, Wager, and Merl) under a mile from home. Don’t forget to take your pet!

Under less than a mile exist bars, pubs, grills, and restaurants in either Lakewood’s western end and Rocky River.
